A cmRCT to test the acceptability of patients and healthcare professionals to TwiCs and the feasibility of recruitment and logistical implementations of data collection in different institutions.

Design and Objective

Key inclusion criteria

Patients - Men aged 18 years old, referred for urinary symptom investigations or elevated serum prostate specific antigen levels or other risk factors for prostate malignancy or with a diagnosis of prostate cancer on active surveillance or referred from another centre for consideration of surgery, radiotherapy or ablative therapy to the prostate. Healthcare professionals - Consultant Urologists, Uroradiologists, Oncologists, Nurses and Urology specialty trainees, research and management staff.
